Printing, cutting and bending — all under one roof

Our Qingdao workshop runs UV flatbed printing, precision cutting and acrylic heat bending in-house. That means tighter quality control, faster sampling and one team responsible for your finished display.

UV flatbed printing

Direct-to-acrylic CMYK plus white ink, with gloss or matte finish.

CNC & laser cutting

Clean contours, cut-outs, holes and engraving from your vector file.

Heat bending

Straight bends, curved profiles and formed bases with controlled angles.

Polishing & assembly

Flame or hand-polished edges, solvent bonding and hardware fitting.

01 — UV printing

Colour that bonds to the sheet

A large-format flatbed printer lays UV-cured ink directly onto acrylic, so graphics stay sharp on clear, frosted and coloured sheets — without labels or paper inserts that peel at the edge.

  • CMYK plus white ink for opaque artwork on clear material
  • Gloss, matte or textured varnish in the same pass
  • Full-colour logos, gradients, photos and fine type
  • Single-sided or registered double-sided printing
  • Printed backing layer for a clean second-surface look

Edges and shapes you can rely on

Every display starts as a flat drawing. Our cutting team converts your die-line into accurate panels, slots, bases and interlocking parts — then checks the first piece against the drawing before the run continues.

  • Laser cutting for intricate outlines and crisp small details
  • CNC routing for thicker sheets and larger panels
  • Slots, tabs and flat-pack joints designed for stable assembly
  • Engraving, drilled holes and countersunk fixing points
  • Protective film kept on during cutting to reduce marks

Formed shapes, not just flat panels

Hot-wire and strip-heater bending let us turn flat acrylic into stands, curved sign holders, magazine racks and shaped bases. Angle, radius and bend line are set from the drawing and checked on the first sample.

  • Straight bends from 30° to 90° and beyond
  • Curved profiles and cylindrical sign holders
  • Formed feet and bases for freestanding displays
  • Consistent bend lines across production batches
  • Annealing and cooling control to reduce stress marks

Thickness

Commonly 2 mm to 20 mm, selected by span, load and visual weight. We will recommend a thickness for your drawing.

Edge finish

Flame-polished for a glass-like look, hand-polished for thicker sheets, or left matte for a softer industrial feel.

Assembly

Solvent bonding, mechanical fixings, magnets and flat-pack joints — chosen to suit shipping and installation.
