Production
Printing, cutting, bending, polishing and assembly run in-house, with a first-article check before the batch continues.
QC & shipping
Every piece is inspected and packed with protective film and foam, then shipped by air, sea or courier.

OEM: you provide the design and brand, we manufacture to your specification and pack for your channel.
ODM: you bring the product idea and market requirement. Our team develops the construction, produces a sample and prepares it for your brand.

File guidance
Good files shorten sampling and avoid surprises. If you only have a photo, we can still help — we will redraw the part and send it back for approval.

- Cut lines on a separate layer or spot colour
- Raster images at 300 dpi at final size
- Pantone / CMYK references for brand colours
- Dimensions, quantity and assembly preference

See it before you commit
For new designs we recommend a pre-production sample. You can check the material, print colour, edge finish and assembly before the full quantity is produced.

Can you produce under our own brand?
Yes. We can print your logo, apply your labels and pack in your cartons. We can also stay invisible in the supply chain if that suits your channel.
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes, for custom designs and exclusive projects. Send your NDA or ask us for a simple mutual agreement before sharing drawings.
What if my artwork is only a photo?
Send the highest resolution image you have along with approximate dimensions. Our team can redraw the outline and prepare a print-ready file for your approval.
Can you hold stock for repeat orders?
For regular programmes we can discuss scheduled production and repeat runs from the approved drawing, so colours and dimensions stay consistent.
